Trust, Will and Probate

Trusts:

A trust is an arrangement in law when property can be held for those persons who are under age, those in law being incapable of administering their own affairs or for the family for future benefits

Wills:

A will enables the individual to distribute ones wealth in accordance with ones own wishes in the event of death. If a Will is not made the law distributes this wealth in accordance with prescribed rules "Intestacy"

Probate:

A grant of Probate is needed to enable the Executors to deal with the administration of the estate of a deceased person
