Rosslyn was born in Portsmouth.  When she qualified in 1972 she moved to London and a few years later she moved to Herefordshire.  She established Caldicotts solicitors in 1982 which rapidly grew into a general practice.  Her work is very diverse but she now tries to restrict it to general conveyancing and criminal matters.  She is currently the President of  The West Midlands Association of Law Societies.  She is a committee member of Herefordshire, Breconshire and Radnorshire Incorporated Law Society and the Birmingham Law Society.    She is an Advanced Member of The Law Society’s Family Law Panel and a member of the Funding Review Committee of The Legal Services Commission in Birmingham.   

Rosslyn is a Solicitor Advocate with Higher Rights of Audience and represents clients in the Magistrates Court and Crown Court in Hereford, Worcester and London including the Old Bailey in connection with serious criminal cases.  She is assisted by her secretary Esme Last.

Educated and currently living in the Gloucestershire area. He joined our elite team in February 2005 as a consultant. He brings with him a wealth of experience in Private Practice and some twenty years plus of knowledge and expertise in Serious Criminal Defence Case preparation.

An accomplished and talented Police Station Advisor, with accredited status, he deals with predominantly with the preparation of serious, complex and sensitive defence cases from initial police station interviewing under caution through to Crown and High Court jurisdiction. With the significant recent changes in the law and the introduction of new legislation, Tracy has concentrated in the main on the development of our all new Serious Crime Unit.

We currently represent a number of clients involved in very high profile cases at courts such as The Central Criminal Court (The Old Bailey) in London. With Tracy’s guidance and the comprehensive support of our unique criminal law department, we have significantly expanded our expertise in criminal defence casework throughout England and Wales.

Tracy’s administrative qualities and knowledge of publicly funded franchising have greatly assisted us in achieving the award of additional Category one Franchise status and further contracts with the Legal Services Commission. Franchise Representative for the practice, he has shown significant guidance and determination in helping to develop and direct the practice forward. Valerie comes from Essex & qualified as a legal executive in 1976. She moved to the area in 1987. She now specializes in family law & prides herself in being able to give reassurance to her clients in difficult circumstances. With the help of Susan she was instrumental in enabling Rosslyn Caldicott to obtain the firms franchise in criminal & family matters. She is assisted in by her secretary Patricia Stonehewer.

Born & bred in Leominster Susan joined Caldicotts in 1994. She deals with the day to day office management to ensure the efficient running. She is also responsible for the smooth financial processing for sales & purchases to enable client satisfaction.

(Consultant - Hereford)

Andrew came on board in 2000. Born in Surrey - qualified in 1966 & moved to Hereford in 1973. He joined Caldicotts in 2000 as a consultant & works out of the Hereford office. Andrew specializes in trusts, Wills & Probate. He is assisted by his secretary Margaret Dainow.

Yvonne has always lived in Herefordshire and joined Caldicotts in 2005. Yvonne is currently working as a Trainee Solicitor in our Leomister office, in both the Probate and Conveyancing departments, dealing with domestic conveyancing, wills and lasting powers of attorney.

Melissa has always enjoyed living in rural Herefordshire. Melissa is a Trainee solicitor who has experience as a Paralegal in Conveyancing, Probate and Crime. She is presently working in the Conveyancing Centre.
